NCAS (National Class Action Services) is one of them that was founded by Ricci in 2008 is a business that provided class action services in a number of different areas, including traditional claims administration services, notification services, media buying and call center management.

Canada Claims Management is another one that was co-founded by Jonathane Ricci in Toronto, Ontario. CCM has been in business since 2010 and provided portfolio monitoring, class action consulting and claims assistance services.

Before 2010, Ricci joined Juroviesky and Ricci LLP as a partner for the period 2003-2009.  Juroviesky and Ricci LLP was a boutique class action and commercial litigation firm dedicated to the highest quality litigation and advocacy. The firm is experienced in banking, commercial, consumer protection, employment, financial, insurance, price-fixing and securities litigation.

Jonathane Ricci started his career in 1999 with KPMG, one of the international leading providers of risk, financial and business advisory, tax and regulatory services, internal audit, and corporate governance. He developed, researched and implemented international tax planning strategies for North American entities with a view to lowering client’s worldwide tax liability.

Jonathane Ricci’s Education and Personal information

Jonathane Ricci was born in Ontario and completed his pre university schooling in Ontario. During this schooling, Ricci was one of the brilliant students in his school who was very disciplined and loyal towards his work & class. After this schooling, he joined University of Windsor, Ontario and completed his graduation in Art and Social Sciences in 1995.

Ricci was keen to have in depth knowledge of tax & law, so he decided to continue his studies and booked his seat in Michigan State University College of law. During his tenure, he served as President of the Student Bar Association, an Editor of the Journal of International Law and Practice, and a Research Assistant and Report Drafter for the State of Michigan House Committee on Tax Policy. He received his Juris Doctor (Cum laude) degree in 1998.

Jonathane didn’t stop learning at his Juris Doctor degree, in fact he completed his LL.M. in (International) Taxation in May 1999, where he studied United States domestic tax law, international tax treaties, and global tax minimization.

Jonathane was married 18 years ago and now he has a son who is in his teenage years.
